Something bothering you, on the road, in Discord or about staff? Tell us. You can report with your name or fully anonymously. Raising a concern will never count against you.
How it works
Step 01
You send a report
Any time
With your name or anonymously, using the form or a private ticket on Discord.
Step 02
We confirm
Within 48 hours
You get a confirmation via DM, or on this page with your reference code.
Step 03
We look into it
Usually within 7 days
Two people review it, never one. We may ask follow-up questions.
Step 04
We tell you the outcome
Always
What we decided and why. You can appeal once to a different staff member.
Is it about a staff member?
Then that person never sees or handles the report. It goes to the Community Liaison and one uninvolved member of management. If the report is about either of them, it goes to the other management member.
Safety first
Some members are under 18. Any report about inappropriate contact with a minor is handled the same day and escalated to Discord Trust & Safety. Problems on a TruckersMP server can also be reported directly to TruckersMP. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
